Bubble Goddess Bath Company accepts orders via our online shopping cart or telephone only. We do not accept orders or order changes via
email. If you wish to amend your order, you MUST call 1-866-242-2842.

PAYMENTS:
  • Bubble Goddess Bath Co. accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.
  • Please do not send cash.
  • To send payment by mail please call our order line 1-877-242-2842. All personal checks, business checks, and money orders must clear
    before product will be shipped.
  • If you pay for an order by check for an item on sale, we MUST receive the payment BEFORE the sale ends. Payments received after sale's
    end will not be honored or will be considered short payments. We will not ship until payment is made in full.
  • If we receive a "decline" on a credit or debit card payment, we will not ship until the payment has cleared. Bubble Goddess Bath Company
    makes every attempt to notify the customer if a card declines. It is the cardholder's responsibility to contact their bank to understand why the
    charge is not being honored by that bank. We do not charge a fee to the cardholder when the card declines.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
  • If your order has shipped, we can not cancel it. Order cancellations incur a $5.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING:
  • We pack and ship your order from our main warehouse in Castle Rock, CO unless otherwise notified.
  • Bubble Goddess Bath Company ships via UPS within the 48 contiguous US states, HI, AK, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands.
  • Please ask us if your international delivery point is unavailable via the shopping cart. Depending upon global conditions, we may ship.
  • ALL UPS GROUND SHIPMENTS TO CANADA INCUR A UPS BROKERAGE FEE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.UPS WILL NOT DELIVER
    YOUR ORDER UNTIL THE CUSTOMS FEES ARE PAID. UPS DOES NOT TELL US THE AMOUNT OF YOUR CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEE.
    Bubble Goddess Bath Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF YOUR CUSTOMS FEES.IF CANADIAN CUSTOMS ARE
    NOT PAID AND THE ORDER IS RETURNED TO US AS A RESULT OF YOUR NON-PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS FEES, WE WILL CHARGE
    YOUR ACCOUNT ON FILE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST TO US. If you do not wish to pay UPS a brokerage fee, we suggest you
    ship via US Mail (USPS) or DHL or find a different broker to assist you with customs. US Mail/Canada Poste and DHL do NOT incur a
    brokerage fee on Canadian shipments.
  • IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER EXPEDITED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, THERE IS A $25 IN-HOUSE FEE FOR THIS SERVICE.
    THE HOLIDAY SEASON BEGINS NOVEMBER 1 AND ENDS DECEMBER 24. IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICE,
    YOU HAVE PAID A PREMIUM TO THE DELIVERY SERVICE, NOT TO Bubble Goddess Bath Company. YOUR CHOICE OF DELIVERY
    SERVICE LEVEL BEGINS ON THE DAY YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED BY US, NOT THE DAY YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED BY US.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:
  • Please verify the accuracy of the address information on your order. If the carrier must make an address correction, this delays the delivery
    of your order by several days, may make the package undeliverable or may incur additional shipping charges.
  • UPS charges $5.00 for address corrections for UPS Ground and $10.00 for EXPRESS DELIVERY. This charge may be passed along to you
    if the address that you provided results in an additional charge to Bubble Goddess Bath Company.

RETURNS:
  • ALL returns must be authorized by Bubble Goddess Bath Company within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Please call Customer Service at
    1-877-242-2842 or email us at cs@bubblegoddessbathco.com to receive an authorization.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 7 days of authorization.
  • Returns made after 7 days are refused and the sale is considered final. Unauthorized or late returns will be discarded and no credit issued.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
  • Any damage claims must be made within 24 business hours of receipt of your shipment.
  • All damage claims must be verified by UPS. Please call Customer Service immediately at 1-877-242-2842 if your shipment is damaged.
  • Please do not discard the damaged goods. Please leave them in the original box for a UPS representative to inspect. We will not honor
    ANY claims that have not been verified by UPS.
  • Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with the same product.

DELAYS/BACK ORDERS:
  • We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Occasionally, we experience shipping delays due to unexpected rushes
    or increased holiday traffic. You will be notified via email if there is a delay or back order.

PRIVACY POLICY:
  • Bubble Goddess Bath Company NEVER sells or rents your information to anyone, ever.
